Harrogate is an attractive town that welcomes many business and leisure
visitors all the year round.
There are more than 2,000 beds available for visitors to Harrogate – with
more than 1,000 of them within an easy walking distance of the Convention
venue, the Harrogate International Centre or HIC.

The Convention Organisers have secured allocations of rooms at discounted
rates for registered delegates in each of the following categories of
accommodation. Typical discounted rates are:

4-star Hotels – from £70 to £90 per person
per night bed & breakfast single or £85-£100 double
-
3-star Hotels – from £50 to £75 per person
per night bed & breakfast single or £75-£90 double
-
2-star Hotels – from £50 to £60 per person
per night bed & breakfast single or £65-£80 double
-
Guest Houses – from £35 to £50 per person
per night bed & breakfast single or £50-80 double
-
Apartments – from £282 to £334 for 4-6
persons for TWO nights or £335-£397 for 3 nights
Full details of all

but bookings at the discounted rates for Convention Delegates must be made
by e-mail, fax or telephone only, quoting a password that will be
provided when registration and payment have been completed.
PASSWORD FOR DISCOUNT:
Up to 16th October 2009,
Registered IEPC delegates can select and book hotels, guest houses and
apartments by downloading the information sheets below which list the
accommodation providers who are offering discounted rooms. Delegates should
use the password provided upon registration to obtain discount:
