PRESENTATION SCHEDULE

Complete Convention Schedule of
Plenaries and Workshops

The Convention opens with a Plenary Session on Enterprise Support Policy and Practice with a Government Minister and world-leading speakers arranged in conjunction with UK Trade & Investment. The Convention then breaks out into a maximum of ten parallel workshop sessions on a wide range of themes and topics covering the whole spectrum of small business and entrepreneurship with case studies of best practice and discussion of the policy implications.

On Sunday evening there will be a FREE International Welcome Reception and Buffet in the famous Royal Hall

On Monday morning the Convention will continue with an interactive programme of ten parallel Workshops and debates covering the specified themes and topics in a variety of presentation formats and debates. There will also be a SFEDI + World Bank Workshop in the Auditorium.

In the afternoon there will be another major Plenary Session focussing on Entrepreneurship Education Policy and Practice, with world-leading speakers and case studies of best practice in the field.

On Monday evening the numerous supporting organisations will be organising their own Group Night Out for their members and invited guests in some of the many hotels around Harrogate Town Centre.

The Convention will conclude on the Tuesday with the final series of Workshop Debates and a Plenary Session entitled Enterprising Inspiration including famous speakers and authors on small business creation and investment.  Tuesday afternoon has a choice of optional tours to local examples of best practice in the field of enterprise promotion.
